The aging process effect on skin results in blotchy pigmentation and visible small blood vessels or broken capillaries near the skin surface. Treatment of these blood vessels or spider vessels (telangiectasias) below the level of the collar bone is diffult. However in the head and neck region these blood vessels are sensitive to and can be removed by laser treatments with lasting results.

The photos show a patient before any treatment, 1 1/2 months after the first treatment and then 1 1/2 months after the second treatment of spider vessels - broken capillaries on the chin. Although not guaranteed for every patient sensitive patients can have complete removal of facial spider vessels within 3 laser treatments.
